Our Company:

Break Clear Outfitters is a new outdoor lifestyle apparel line that focuses on high quality cotton shirts with full color designs printed with superior water-based inks. This apparel line is in the preliminary stages and does not have a live website yet. We will be launching and taking preorders late Fall / early Winter. If you are interested in seeing the line, please contact us and we will email you the line sheet for Spring/Summer 2019.

Break Clear Outfitters is a subsidiary of Campus Collection, Inc, a full-service custom screenprinter that has been in business for over 30 years. Established in 1986, Campus Collection has over 3 decades of experience providing high quality garments and prints to clients nationwide. We also own numerous, successful, established apparel lines and are looking to expand into the outdoor market.

The Position:

We are searching for motivated independent sales representatives to cover any open US territory. This is a commission-based position. You must be proactive, willing to travel and seek out new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships. Since this is a new clothing line, having an established customer base in the outdoor industry is valuable in being able to successfully grow sales and brand recognition. Regions will be discussed on an individual level depending on current areas covered. Tradeshows will be decided on depending on the region covered and current schedule.  Samples will be sent at no charge, and the company will help cover the costs of tradeshows.

Job Requirements

Have a number of previous years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in a similar industry

Have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel extensively within your region

Must be able to provide 2 retail references with your resume

Have a good understanding of apparel/soft goods

Have an established customer base and/or tradeshow schedule is helpful, but not required

Able to develop and execute a sales plan

Grow sales and brand representation within your region

Proactive communication with customers and leads

Be able to work effectively and independently

Passionate, professional, and friendly attitude

Proven salesmanship

Effective verbal and written communication skills, prompt responses
