Covewater Paddle Surf is the only Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) shop in Northern California. Created in Santa Cruz in 2010, Covewater is dedicated to various levels of paddlers, from novices to highly competitive stand up paddlers, surfers, foilers, and wing foilers.
Our mission is to share the passion for the sport so we seek an energetic, positive, and creative employee who is knowledgeable and can offer our customers support as they progress to more challenging levels out on the water. Our team provides professional instruction to each customer so they walk out of the store feeling confident that they will have the best equipment and basic knowledge about the sport. The Covewater team is looking to bring in new talented and dedicated employees.
