Smoky Mountain Outdoors is the largest whitewater rafting outfitter on the Pigeon River located in the Smoky Mountains in Hartford, TN. We raft two river sections-the Upper Pigeon: Class 3-4 and the Lower Pigeon: Class 1-2. Serving over 50,000 customers each year, we employ a seasonal staff of over 100 river guides and support staff. As a customer-focused company, we are looking for friendly, professional staff to help us remain a top-rated Tripadvisor outfitter. On-site housing, free training, and weekly staff dinners are provided for our staff. We operate a family oriented business to ensure our employees have the best summer experience possible.
