The Director of Pedicab Operations position contributes to Coaster Pedicab’s success by directing, supporting, and educating the Location Managers on their city’s operation. The Director of Operations must provide clear direction and leadership to help the location manager continuously improve its operations, manage budget, and ensure profitability. You should have experience leading multiple stores/locations, because you’ll also be responsible for promoting a positive image for our brand and measuring the financial performance of all of the locations in the country.
