California Lavash is a family-owned company, and family is at the heart of everything we do. In fact, if you stopped by our bakery in Gilroy, California, you’d find family members doing everything from helping a customer on the phone to pulling a fresh batch of Naan from the oven.
And the family roots of our business run deep. Every bread is crafted from family recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation, always with the same instructions: Stay authentic and make it from the heart.
That’s why we make our flatbread the same way it’s been made for centuries: with only simple, natural grains, no artificial ingredients of any kind, and lots of love.
