McCarthy River Tours is looking for qualified raft & glacier hiking guides for the 2019 season! We have guiding and intern positions avaialble. Our trips are anywhere from 3 hours to 15 days in length with many including small bush plane flights for access! We offer an excellent training program, competitive pay, and a first rate guide retention program.We feel our employees are our greatest asset, our goal is to provide a first rate guide experience that encourages professional growth. Our River Campus houses all of our guides at the take out point of our day raft trips; our staff often 'commutes' home by boat. All employees are offered personal housing with shared cooking/community space included with employment, an extended term off to organize a personal adventure, discounts on pro gear & access to one of the coolest towns in North America!
Our employment season is from May 15 to September 15.
