Company Description
Started in 2008 at the base of Mont-Blanc in Chamonix, Blue
Ice, now has two offices spanning the Atlantic.
Our beginnings were humble, but through the years we have become known
in the outdoor industry as a small company willing to take chances on
innovative and creative designs in several different categories: Harnesses, Ice
Tools, and Backpacks and more. From the
lightest true climbing harness, the Addax; to one of the lightest ski
mountaineering ice axes on the market, the Hummingbird; people are starting to
find Blue Ice to be synonymous with light weight. We build tools for alpinists, climbers, and
skiers.
