You should have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to act positively and professionally with customers and coworkers—even when things get hectic. Assess and check-in customer's equipment for appropriate services for our team of ski techs (tunes, mounts, repairs, etc.)
Perform binding adjustments for customers as needed.
Assist customers with order pickups, including having customers sign out all service tickets upon pickup.
Process returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

Assist in cleaning the storefront and putting up all gear on the storefront floor continuously throughout the day, and potentially re-stocking inventory in the store.
Maintain cleanliness of Customer Service office and workspaces. Including: taking out trash/recycling, cleaning/maintaining kitchen and coffee machines, and restocking merchandise left around workspaces.
Stay up to date on current product offerings at Powder7 and new or incoming gear.
