Job Description & Requirements

We are committed to building a great company that provides unparalleled customer service. We believe this starts with great people and a great company culture. Each individual has a key role to play in TPC’s success, but we all work as one team dedicated to constant improvement and efficiency. We welcome making mistakes, learning from them, and not making them again. We are driven by internal innovation and accuracy, and “lean” is a guiding principle.

Our structure allows you to take responsibility and shape the company for the better and be recognized for it. From top to bottom, we adhere to core beliefs in transparency and openness. We love to work and play hard, and reap the benefits with high industry wages, company shares, health benefits for employees and spouses, and time to ride our bikes. And there’s much more than that! Come and find out.

If this all sounds good you, then we want to hear from you!

The Receiving Bicycle Technician is responsible for expertly unpacking and inspecting a wide range of high-end bikes, receiving inventory against purchase orders and preparing for transfer to Boulder location. You are expected to proficiently use the company software to receive inventory against POs, create new SKUs when required, print and apply SKU labels and sort inventory.  Accuracy & efficiency are the cornerstones of the receiving process.

About The Pros Closet

While living out of my VW Bus in the summer of 2006, I began a simple mission: sell all of my worldly possessions. Minus my bike and my bus, I sold everything. From these humble beginnings, The Pro's Closet (TPC) has grown to be the world's largest and most trusted resource for quality pre-owned cycling gear. While our business model has evolved over the years, our commitment to our customers, cycling community, industry, and planet continues to motivate us to deliver the best possible retail experience. An experience that provides access to the highest quality, largest, and most diverse selection of pre-owned cycling inventory, all backed by our guarantee. Whether you’re just starting the sport, a serial tinkerer looking for upgrades, or a seasoned vet in need of a race weapon, TPC is for all of us who love to ride.
