The Superfeet Sales Team is seeking a Sales Representative as an integral member of our outstanding Sales team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of both the Superfeet business and team. This will include sales and business development in the following market segments: sports dealers including run specialty, outdoor, hockey, ski, etc., non-sport dealers including department stores, comfort shoe, industrial accounts and other related specialties, and other accounts as assigned. This person will also be responsible for brand performance at select National and/or Multi-Region Accounts with locations in the territory.

- Proactively manages the buy-sell cycle (prospect, plan, sell and service) within assigned territory
- by working with Regional Sales Managers to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, assortments, forecasts and scenario plans;
- maintaining accountability for the execution, management, and timely coordination of account orders, including entry, tracking, orders confirmation, cancellations and delivery information;
- travelling regionally and nationally as required;
- coordinating meetings between customer contacts and Superfeet’s Marketing team to establish strategies and execution of brand presentations; and
- managing all aspects of Superfeet’s brand presentation with assigned accounts including advertising, in store and online.
- Promotes Superfeet’s product line, philosophy, technology, and marketing as well as industry and trends
- by learning and maintaining current knowledge of the brand and its retail distribution as well as the footwear and insole business
- Implements new projects to expand the organization’s portfolio
- by identifying new opportunities; providing technical guidance into priority activities; maintaining contacts with clients and stakeholders; assuring a service oriented approach to clients and creating & maximizing opportunities
- Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with retail partners
- by introducing new products and updating marketing materials;
- coordinating and attending consumer and account events, including corporate events, in store, and expo as well as supporting seasonal marketing initiatives;
- balancing merchandising needs of the account with Superfeet’s product placement and sales objectives; and
- being familiar with account locations and the most efficient/effective daily travel schedule, establishing a regular schedule of visits throughout the entire territory.
- Works with Sales Management and Marketing on the success of National Accounts
- by successfully managing sell-thru programs/in-store initiatives;
- providing full serviced visits to National and Independent accounts – detailing merchandise, providing and/or ordering relevant tools, spot and scheduled clinics; and
- becoming accountable for established sell-thru metrics for a pre-determined National Account door base within the territory.

Your experience and education
- Key account (multi-door retailers) experience required
- Run specialty experience considered a plus
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Territory: Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Northern Oklahoma, Northern Arkansas
Strong preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Kansas City or St Louis area.
