Our team of engineers perform rigorous tests with our athletes year-round. The data we collect from performance testing and our application of that knowledge to our product is what separates FOX from every other suspension company. 

 

Responsibilities:

=   Answers customers' technical questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance

=   Takes care of and settles customer complaints, special orders, or returns via phone or mail

=   Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services

=   Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping

=   Operates multiple Ecom channels and handles a high volume of email correspondence

=   Process credit payments, while maintaining confidentiality of customer records

=   Effectively explain the terms for customer pickup or delivery

=   Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records

=   Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered

=   Refers complaints of product or service failure to appropriate departments for investigation

=   Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service

=   May solicit sale of new or additional services or products

=   Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

=   Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

=   Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

=   Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors

=   Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Customer Service, Product Knowledge and Strong Technical understanding
  • Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, and knowledge of products and services at a level of complexity that usually involves up to two years of directly related study, training, and/or experience

2 years College Degree or equivalent
