Job Title: Registration Manager
Department: Finance & Operations
Reports to: Finance & Operations
Director
Objective:
The Registration Manager is responsible
for managing the registration process for NSP members (Patrollers, Candidates,
Physician Partners, Associates, and Hosts). In addition to communicating
directly with patrol directors and patrol reps, this process includes setting
timelines, developing billing processes, and developing videos and language to
communicate registration processes to members. The Registration Manager is also
responsible for ensuring that payments received by check are processed timely.
As a full-time seasonal job (40
hours/week Mid-August – Mid-February and 32 hours/week Mid-February – Mid-August.),
this role works on off-season projects during the spring and summer months to
build support and prepare for the fall and winter seasons. The projects include
the management of the Exchange Visitor Program, in addition to other projects
as needed.
Responsibilities:
Patrol Registration

Manage
member communication that explains the registration process

Develop
and manage annual registration timeline
=
Answer
member questions related to registration
=
Create
and update registration documents and accounts for new members and patrol units
=
Coordinate
roster updates and billing
=
Create
invoices for group fees and bulk payments
=
Receive
and process check payments for dues and courses
=
Process
refunds for course fees and dues
Member Services Support
=
Resolve
data disputes
=
Update
database for changes in emails/names/phone numbers
=
Reset
passwords/ Unlock accounts
=
Resend
membership cards
= Communicate how to join as a new Candidate/Host Member/Associate
Exchange Visitor Program
Help bring international patrollers to U.S. to patrol during winter months

Process
program applications
=
Process
government documents for all J1 and J2 visa applicants

Skills
& Abilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum
two years’ experience performing data entry tasks
- Associates
Degree in accounting, business administration, or commensurate
work experience
- Advanced
Excel and general computer skills
- Knowledge
of membership databases with iMIS experience a plus
- Passion
for and knowledge of the outdoor industry, preferably ski/snowboard and
mountain bike
