Cripple Creek Backcountry is looking to hire new team members for the upcoming ski season at our Avon/Beaver Creek Location! We are a ski touring and splitboarding specialty store with a strong web presence. We are hiring for all aspects of the business such as store managers, retail sales and shop techs. An ideal candidate has a variety of experience and interest. We offer competitive pay and numerous cultural benefits that include: profit sharing during peak season, an employee ski lease program, flexible scheduling depending on position, and multiple outdoor staff retreats throughout the year.
