Golden Bike Shop is looking for experienced sales pros and mechanics for our shop in downtown Golden.
Mechanics: We're looking for seasoned pros familiar with modern high-end trail bikes and all their associated technologies. We service most suspension fully here at our in-house suspension lab, including nitrogen charging and full damper rebuilds. We're ready and willing to train otherwise-qualified candidates even if they don't have prior suspension experience.
Sales Pros: We're looking for experienced sales professionals comfortable talking about high-end full suspension trail bikes with savvy and discerning customers. Mechanical aptitude and experience appreciated but not a deal-breaker.
We're a small, independent, dirt-focused shop that's stoked to ride and service all kind of bikes. We carry Pivot, Santa Cruz, OPEN, Yeti and Salsa. We also have one of the finest and most extensive demo fleets on the Front Range.
We work in a laid-back environment but with a professional attitude. Mindfulness and attention to detail is a must. We're a high volume shop with a high level of quality control, so applicants are required to have at least some amount of recent shop experience and a demonstrated ability to be a team player. You must be comfortable and well-mannered when interacting with customers – we want you to build a relationship with them. Luckily, our customers rock – it’s not terribly hard to talk trails and tech with them.

Sales and service staff typically work 4 day weeks and 10 hour shifts
