Manufacturer Sales Representative

Schueler, LaFond and Associates is seeking a result driven representative to manage current portfolio of customers and prospect new customers in Kansas and Missouri.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and actively sell products to existing and prospective customers in multiple sales channels. 
• Be well versed in the aspect of current and new products being offered by our manufacturing partners.  
• Actively spend time on the road in the territory; conduct sales meetings via face to face interactions and attending trade shows. 
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.  
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction on both sides. 
• Supply monthly reports on sales, potential new sales and trends in the industry. 
• Precisely enter orders on multiple software platforms. 

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience.  Expertise in the outdoor industry is a plus. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. 
• Fluency with all virtual meeting platforms is a plus. 
• Highly self-motivated and target driven. 
• Exceptional selling, communication and negotiating skills. 
• Prioritize time management daily, weekly and monthly.  
• Exhibit the skill to manage a multi brand portfolio. 
• Ability to create and deliver presentations that are tailored to audience needs.  
• Able and willing to with work flexibility and self-discipline and work remotely from home.

Salary:   

• Salary position with a potential annual bonus.
