RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as part of a small team to expand sales and grow our business
Outbound Sales Calls – Work aggressively to make contact with dealers, outfitters, retailers, etc…To provide product updates, establish a relationship, and increase sales.
Find new retailers and new markets.
Expand product offerings in established & new customers.
Attend Tradeshows (In-person & Digital).
Listen to customers to find new product ideas.
Travel as needed to key accounts.
Update and maintain accurate CRM information.
Attend regular sales and product development meetings
Become an expert in our product catalog and sales programs.
SKILLS:
Applicants should have EXCELLENT phone, virtual, & in-person communication skills.
Experience working with B2B customers of various sizes
Professional writing & email etiquette
Extended knowledge & experience in outdoor gear & recreation.
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience with excel and Microsoft Office suite / Google Sheets & Drive
