We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join our team here at Extreme Snowboard & Ski!

Job Description:

=         Extreme Snowboard & Ski is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Banner Elk is home to a vibrant outdoor scene with many top-rated recreational activities & destinations, restaurants, breweries, music, and arts scene. Extreme Snowboard & Ski is located at the base of one of NC’s top mountain resorts!

Responsibilities:

=         The Store Manager is a critical leader in the store developing and motivating sales teams to directly impact Extreme Snowboard & Ski organizational goals.

=         Supervise team of retail sales workers

=         Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

=         Train and evaluate employees

=         Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

=         Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

=         Applicants should possess full day to day ski shop, service, and rental operational knowledge.

=         Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

=         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

=         Excellent written and communication skills

=         Strong leadership qualities
