If you’re the person that visits digital sites (including ours) and thinks, they could have done a much better job communicating this if…  We might have the role you’ve been dreaming about.  We are looking for someone to join our team who can bring their skill and expertise and help lead us into the future of digital communication.

 During a typical day you will: 

• Lead innovative marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation with the focus of driving customer engagement
• Monitor and evaluate online campaigns to keep them fresh and effective for both B2B and B2C
• Negotiate advertising contracts with suppliers where necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to create plans and marketing strategies
• Remain current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
• Initiate campaigns to increase engagement through social media channels

 What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Determination to reject mediocrity in the relentless pursuit of excellence
• Creative thinking, and willingness to try new ideas and methods
• The ability to build trust and strong communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to travel 2-4 trips per year throughout the year
• Ability to manage and stay within a budget
• Understand website metrics and ability to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Experience with search optimization and lead generation
• Create measurable goals for campaigns and strategies
• Create memorable and best in class experiences
• Create, monitor and analyze conversion
• Keen understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC
• 5-10 years digital marketing experience
• Amazon marketing experience a plus
