Have you led a team to provide best in class service? Are you someone who can ensure high quality customer touchpoints across the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective? Can you drive customer retention and increase customer satisfaction and lead your team to do the same? AND work remotely?

This role requires someone who can use their proven track record as a team leader process detailed work in a high-volume environment and passion for the customer to meet expected key objectives. If you combine that with a passion for the outdoor industry, and knowledge of bicycle parts and accessories, even better.
