Job Title: STLHD Gear Outside Sales Representative - Midwest Territory

As we expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and represent our brand in the Midwest territory. 

 

Position Overview: As an STLHD Gear Outside Sales Representative for the Midwest territory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and expanding our market presence. You will be the face of STLHD Gear in the region, promoting our products and fostering new partnerships. This is a commission-based role, offering the opportunity to leverage your sales skills to earn uncapped income. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the Midwest territory.
  • Sales Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on STLHD Gear products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications. 
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the value and quality of our offerings.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. 
  • Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the STLHD Gear team about customer preferences, market demands, and potential product improvements. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record in outside sales, with experience in the outdoor industry preferred. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Midwest outdoor and sporting goods market.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while staying connected with the STLHD Gear team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. 

 

Compensation: This position is commission-based, offering a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. You will have the opportunity to earn a substantial income based on your sales performance.
