We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and tenacious Marketing Operations Manager at our Boulder, Colorado office.

This impactful and exciting marketing operations role is a huge opportunity to help an incredible, growing brand reach a wider audience and take it to the next level. Our ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter with an understanding of our target markets, analytics, social media, and be passionate about apparel and gear.


  • Development and implementation of seasonal marketing calendars, coordinating marketing needs and activities with internal and external partners. 

  • Co-own the integrated marketing calendar and maintain a master timeline and process for marketing plans and creative deliverables.

  • Maintain processes and documents that aid in the development of work and deliverables, including creative briefs, templates, timelines, and frameworks.

  • Work closely with Product, Merchandise Planning and Production teams to execute a cross-functional process that aligns the marketing calendar with product calendar, sample availability, and launch dates.

  • Project management and coordination of promotional efforts including social media, direct marketing, events, sponsorships, retail experience, and public relations.

  • Assist in creating and publishing concise and engaging customer-facing content including product information, website content, newsletters, PR pitches, and social media conversations.

  • Support sales through the management of media and content, site optimization, and social community platforms.

  • Act as a brand ambassador - share company vision through all forms of communication and cultivate it within.

  • Manage relationships with media and advertising.

  • Manage and maintain the marketing inventory of product and props.

  • Ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging throughout all channels.

Preferred Experience: 

  • 5-7 years in a marketing environment, preferably within the outdoor equipment / apparel industry.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and extreme attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain schedules and deadlines.

  • A strong decision maker who can move fast and make calls and recommendations backed by experience and data.

  • A self-starter and multi-tasker who can succeed in ambiguous, uncharted environments.

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Interest or involvement in activities that align with the Triple Aught Design brand.
