Falke is now building its ESS - US market and seeks the person to achieve all sales objectives in the NORTHEAST territory of the US.
The ideal candidate will oversee the company's operations in the NORTHEAST region. They will ensure that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout a territory and generate new leads for business.
Reporting to the Vice President, will drive profitable growth in given territory.

MUST BE LOCATED IN TERRITORY: NORTHEAST
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
- Creating new sales opportunities, thru prospecting in all key and subcategories of business - Run, Hike, Bike, Ski, Golf & Tennis
- Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
- Coordinate, attend and participate in both regional and national trade shows
- Communicate with established leads within territory and develop rapport
- Increase brand awareness and sell-through by executing successful community events, expos & training clinics. Actively participating in local grass roots activities.
Qualifications
- Established knowledge of the Running, trekking and ski sport segments
- 4+ years' of experience in related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
- Able to travel approx. 60% of the time
- Creativity in developing innovative solutions and ability to present solutions to clients
- System knowledge to include Microsoft Team, word, Outlook, and Power point
