We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a senior contributor to the IT team and will be responsible for the functionality, support, and optimization of the Simms integration environment with a particular focus on a robust e-commerce integration with the Simms ERP. This person will work with business stakeholders to plan, scope, and execute on integration projects and will also identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes. This person must be comfortable bridging the gap between technical details and high-level business requirements.
This position reports to the IT Director and is based out of our Bozeman, MT location.
As an Integration Engineer, you will have an opportunity to:
Produce a stable, up-to-date, high performance integration environment.
Effectively translate business rules and requirements into concrete and meaningful information for the business.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and improve business process flows, providing input from a technical perspective.
Automate manual processes and data flows with a focus and understanding of improvement cycles.
Stay abreast of changes, releases, and fixes pertaining to platforms, tools, and APIs in use.
Manage multiple ongoing projects and operations efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and determine the precise location to make the fix.
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent
2 years of experience working with iPaaS platforms – ex. MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM App Connect
2 years of experience of integration experience designing, building, and troubleshooting complex business workflows
2 years of experience with APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL)
2 years of experience with SQL development (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Exposure to ERP workflows (Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
