Job Title: Sales Specialist, Bicycle Mechanic, and E-Bike Technician Company: Trailside Cycle Inc. Location: 1849 S. Calhoun Rd., New Berlin, WI 53151
Trailside Cycle Inc., a premier bicycle shop in New Berlin, WI, is looking for motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced individuals to join our team in three different roles: Sales Specialist, Bicycle Mechanic, and E-Bike Technician.
We even have a two bedroom apartment avalible above the bikeshop, so if you need a new place to live you won't have to commute far to get to work.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and online
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, features, and specifications
• Participate in promotional events and engage with the local cycling community
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the bicycle industry
• Strong knowledge of bicycle products and trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Bicycle Mechanic Responsibilities
• Perform assembly, maintenance, and repairs on various types of bicycles
• Assist customers with bicycle evaluations and service recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in bicycle technology
Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic
• Strong knowledge of bicycle components, tools, and repair techniques
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
E-Bike Technician Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair issues related to e-bike electronics and batteries
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and staff regarding e-bike products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-bike technology advancements and best practices
• Ensure safe and proper handling of e-bike components and batteries
Requirements
• Experience in e-bike servicing, including electronics and battery systems
• Knowledge of e-bike components, tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
