SUMMARY:
As an Outside Sales Representative for INTENSE LLC, you will be instrumental in placing the INTENSE product into our channels of business. You will be a value-added asset to our dealers while creating and assisting them with retail strategy and technique. This role takes responsibility for the achievement of sales goals, targets, dealer channel management. This position is a remote position and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales at INTENSE LLC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
- Meets and exceeds sales targets, goals and deliverables.
- Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
- Provides valuable retail strategies to ensure the INTENSE product has a consistent and high retail velocity.
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Prepares and presents sales proposals. - Plans and manages sales territory.
- Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of competitive bicycle industry product information.
- Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.
- Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
- Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
- Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business unit.
- Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent, one to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be a self-starter and proactive.
