- Implement and manage our objectives for team evaluation and training, physical experience, inventory, customer engagement, and marketing objectives
- Engage with customers to educate them on products and services used to pursue their outdoor aspirations

- Bi-monthly team outings for rock, ice, and alpine climbing; backcountry skiing; backpacking; and community service

The Perks.
- Salary Range $67,000 - $83,000

- 5+ years of demonstrated ability for leadership and strategy execution with profit/loss responsibility
- 3+ years direct talent management experience; strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate, collaborate, and grow a diverse team
- Proven problem-solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills, including an ability to adapt to new situations
- 3+ years of outdoor retail selling, customer engagement, business development, and operations experience
- In-depth knowledge of outdoor equipment, apparel, & footwear and enjoys learning
- Comprehensive retail financial management knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management/POS systems
