Job Description & Requirements
Break into the outdoor industry with this multi-faceted role. As a product expert, you will advise and support customers, while being the key point of contact between Zenbivy and media, ambassadors, and other outside content creators. In addition, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise as a spokesperson for Zenbivy in our internally generated promotional content.
- Customer support through Zenbivy’s Zendesk
- Social Media postings
- Coordinate the Zenbivy Ambassador program and be the key point of contact for Zenbivy Ambassadors
- Support internal content creation by being able to demonstrate and explain Zenbivy products and their benefits in writing and in person (video).
- As Outreach Manager, responsible for Zenbivy's public relations campaign for the purpose of strengthening it's relationship with the outdoor community
Qualifications:
- Backpacking enthusiast and expert, or an expert in an adjacent sport (climbing/kayaking etc) that relies on backcountry camping
- Experience in Social Media or content creation, either for themselves or someone else
- Ability to communicate your expertise clearly both in writing and verbally
- Technical understanding of backpacking gear
