Job Description & Requirements


The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining digital properties for and and works closely with the Sales & Marketing departments. Reports to Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute ecommerce go to market operations including maintaining the eCommerce digital catalog, product forecasting, asset curation, and product attribution management

2. Manage catalog upload in web platform, upload via our development team, and ensure data accuracy

3. Execute day to day ecommerce operations such as Image Uploads and copy

4. Responsible for digital asset management

5. Moderates’ user generated content and product reviews

6. Assist in the optimization of and, including both search engine optimization, user experience optimization (A/B testing) for both mobile and desktop users, and conversion optimization.

7. Acts a primary point of contact re: site function and UX, coordinates bug fixes and updates with development team

8. Assists Customer Service team with solving customer issues related to the websites

9. Supports the marketing and sales departments with campaigns as needed including email proofing, sale merchandising, inventory analysis and promotions for multiple B2C channels. Prior experience with Expert Voice, Outdoor Prolink, IPA Connect, etc. a plus

10. Assist in creating and maintaining a seasonal, monthly, and weekly site content calendar in partnership with buying and marketing to ensure freshness, relevancy, and the appropriate balance of commerce and brand story telling

11. Work with marketing team to distribute ads to media partners with links to assist in tracking KPIs

12. Monitor Business weekly, monthly, and annually to report on KPIs, campaign success, inventory, product sales, top conversion paths, and merchandising & communicate updates to Marketing & Sales team leads

13. Work with various 3rd parties, including digital agency to execute all site updates, sprints, analysis, and development projects

14. Maintain cross-sells & landing pages

15. Jointly create email calendar and templates with Marketing Manager

16. Maintain affiliate links to distribute to media partners

Skills for Success:

· Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3 years

· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Merchandising, Marketing, or related field

· Advanced knowledge of digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics a plus

· Hands on experience with ecommerce platforms such as: PIMCore, Shopify, etc. strongly desired

· Advanced knowledge of marketing automation systems like Hubspot, Salesforce a plus

· Knowledge of Avantlink or other affiliate platform a plus

· Basic capability in Adobe Creative Cloud

· Strong Microsoft skills such as: Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Word

· SEO experience a plus

· Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus

· Copy writing, editing, and proof-reading experience a plus

· Travel as required 5% of time

· Strong attention to detail and highly organized

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

· Capacity to be agile and adapt to changes in business trend

· Understands level of urgency and steers projects to meet critical deadlines

· Experience in collating, manipulating, analyzing & presenting of data in a clear manner

· Strong communication skills required. Ability to address challenges and/or solutions in a productive and timely manner.
