Assistant Sales Floor Manager SLRC Centerville
The Sales Floor Manager plays one of the most critical rolls in the day-to-day success of SLRC. Your number one priority is the success of your sales floor – making sure your team has the training and tools they need to deliver the best retail experience possible. You are efficient, organized, empowering, and are an exceptional problem solver. You are able to deliver and succeed even in the most difficult situations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales floor experience in a specialty environment, preferably outdoor or running industry?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or an additional 1 year of industry experience.??
- Prior experience managing or training associates?
- Clear understanding of retail sales tactics and top-notch customer service
- Available to work 40 hours/week between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday
- Available to work at both SLRC Centerville and SLRC 700E locations
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment?
