We are looking for an experienced, passionate, kind, and motivated person to join our service/retail team here in Boulder, Colorado. We have fantastic brands (Enve, Santa Cruz, Orbea, Norco, Otso and more), a wonderful community of customers, and we need your enthusism and love of bicycles to help us manage our expansive growth. We would prefer an experienced mechanic, but we are willing to train the right highly motivated and naturally mechanically-inclined person. We are a very small team, we have fun together, and we understand that you can be excellent at your craft and not take life too seriously. We love our customers, so you should enjoy chatting with people about their bikes, and rides, and still be able to guide them to making great cycling decisions, or get them back on two wheels. This $50,000-$60,000/year salaried position (depending on experience) will ultimately require 60-70% mechanical work, so you should be preparred and hopefully excited to work on bikes daily. We are open 5 days a week year-round, but we offer a flexible schedule in winter (bonus points if you love to ski or snowboard), and we believe that work/life balance is imperative to happiness.
