Position Summary:
As the Marketing Director at Moots Cycles, you'll be the driving force behind honoring our storied legacy while advancing its authenticity into the contemporary market. You’ll develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that celebrate our heritage and propel Moots forward. As Moots’ Chief Brand Advocate, you'll be pivotal in amplifying our distinctive identity, fostering deeper community connections, and leveraging our rich history to elevate engagement and passion for our brand.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Moots Cycles’ brand heritage and future vision.

Brand Advocacy: Act as the Chief Brand Advocate, ensuring that all marketing efforts authentically reflect and amplify the Moots Cycles identity.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns that highlight the unique qualities of Moots Cycles and engage target audiences.

Creative Direction: Oversee the development of compelling content and creative assets that resonate with both long-time enthusiasts and new customers.

Digital Strategy: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
