POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Rep plays a critical role in maintaining and cultivating client relationships. In many ways this person is the “face” of the Company, interacting with customers on order processing and details, service writing, background checks, shipments, payments and any other product or order issues that may arise.
This person helps drive new and repeat business by being friendly and helpful. They promote new and complementary products to customers as appropriate.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support customers as they seek pricing information, place orders, and research products.
· Effectively assist customers through all aspects of the service work and problem resolution processes.
· Process 4473’s
· Follow-up with customers on service work and pickups
· Develop a strong familiarity with the Company’s product line and proactively market new products to customers
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High level of experience with Microsoft Office
· Ability to effectively multi-task
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Customer-centric mindset with ability to resolve concerns quickly
