With our recent expansion, we need a driven individual with a strong track record in sales and experience working with two-step distribution, mass merchants, and buying groups.

About the Role
In this key role, you will be at the heart of our sales strategy, tasked with driving revenue and market share across specific business segments. You will develop sales plans, manage quotas, and collaborate closely with other departments to optimize processes and meet company goals. Reporting directly to our Sales Director, you’ll have the opportunity to impact product growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for key segments.
  • Protect brand integrity by enforcing pricing standards across marketplaces and online platforms.
  • Drive revenue growth in both direct and distribution channels.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product development.
  • Present innovative sales and marketing plans to attract new customer segments.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or sales management within the outdoor, hardware, or housewares industries.
  • Success in selling consumer products to dealers and distributors.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Position Requirements:

  • Full-time, on-site in Leander, Texas.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • No remote options or relocation assistance available.
