The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic HEAD OF SALES / NATIONAL SALES MANAGER to lead and elevate our global sales strategy and dealer development efforts. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee a talented sales team, strengthen relationships with independent dealers and retail locations, and spearhead new market expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be part of a collaborative leadership team, driving revenue growth and fostering a strong brand presence across North America and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Shape Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

Grow Dealer Network: Build strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying and developing partnerships in new and underserved markets.

Lead with Impact: Mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team of four, cultivating a culture of success and accountability.

Enhance Training: Create impactful training programs to empower dealers and the sales team, emphasizing value-driven sales approaches and product expertise.

Drive Results: Oversee key consumer-facing sales operations, including our Northern California retail location, and ensure outstanding performance at industry events.

 

 

Analyze & Innovate: Leverage market insights and data to inform strategies, track KPIs, and continually refine sales initiatives for maximum impact.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of sales and leadership experience with a proven track record of growing market share and building high-performance teams.

• Experience in the outdoor, Overlanding, or adjacent industries, with a deep understanding of the outdoor enthusiast market.

• Hands-on leadership style, strategic mindset, and a love for building relationships.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.

• Enthusiasm for adventure and the outdoors—someone who understands and lives the Four Wheel Campers lifestyle.

• Willingness to travel across North America up to 35% of the time.
