Do you enjoy working with data, accounting processes, ERP systems, and building the foundation of a growing business? Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and always looking for a chance to make things better?
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our sales, purchasing, accounting and production teams to ensure accurate billing and costing, optimal inventory levels supporting, accurate product launch planning, and operating budgets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing inventory levels and ERP configurations, building and improving forecasting tools, and ensuring that our purchasing processes and ERP records are always up to date and accurate. You can expect to learn in the ins and outs of our products, vendors, ERP, shipping systems, and our inbound & logistics processes and records. This role is strategically aligned to many North American KPIs and critical to our growth.

The Propain Bicycles brand was founded in 2006 and since 2012 has offered customized, consumer- direct bikes from of our headquarters in Vogt, Germany. After years of success in Europe, Propain launched in North America with the same unique model based out of our new headquarters in Vancouver, WA. As a team, our goal is to create the best bikes for us and our friends, and our continued growth is a testament to this fundamental. Our product range has expanded from our downhill origins and Propain now offers segment-leading bicycles for All Mountain, Enduro, Freeride and Downhill riding, as well as several e-bike models – all utilizing our proprietary Pro 10® suspension system and our user-customized online configurator. We even have a gravel bike now too, which we think is rad. All bikes are built from the frame up based upon customer specifications at our US headquarters in Vancouver, WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own the processes of the Supply Chain back-end. This includes reconciliation of POs against invoices, generating and managing bills in our ERP, and coordinating with accounting to maintain our AP balances.
· Collaborate with product management and production teams to ensure successful sourcing of products supporting new product launches, focusing on ERP setup and configuration of new and existing catalogue.
· Continuously evaluate inventory levels against forecasted demand and open sales orders.
· Build and develop forecasting tools to help optimize inventory stock levels and reduce landed costs.
· Work directly with our vendors and supply chain carriers to ensure timely purchase and receipt of parts
· Generate reports and analyze our current and anticipated purchasing spend alongside management teams.
· Work directly with production, shipping and IT teams to ensure outbound shipments adhere to carrier requirements from a packaging, labeling and compliance standpoint
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience with purchasing, forecasting, planning and ERP tools (Purchase Orders, Invoices, Bills) required
· BA/BS/MS in accounting, business administration, or supply chain and demonstrated skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL or other data tools required.
· A passion for bikes is helpful – familiarity with our products and vendors is strongly preferred
COMPENSATION & LOCATION
· This is a full-time, hourly position and offers medical, dental, vision, PTO and employee bike benefits. Compensation is DOE.
· On-site full time in Vancouver, WA.
