Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an ebike Mechanic or Bicycle Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of eBike assembly, maintenance, and repair.
• Working knowledge of popular ebike drive systems such as Bosch, Shimano, Mahle, or Fazua. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. 
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly. 
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Proven problem-solving abilities and diagnostic skills. 
• Availability to work full-time hours. 

Responsibilities

• eBike mechanics are responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of ebikes at pedal. 
• Diagnose and repair both mechanical and electronic systems of all ebike systems sold at pedal.
• Communicate with vendors and customers concerning ebike warranty and repairs. You will be the main point of contact throughout the process. 
• Assemble new eBikes to pedal and manufacturer standards. 
• Must remain up to date on all ebike manufacturer certifications, without laps in certification.
