Position: Outside Sales Representative (Commission Only) Company: G-Tech Apparel Location: Remote (nationwide)

G-Tech Apparel is a leading provider of high-quality outdoor and tactical gear for hunting, fishing, camping, and law enforcement professionals. We are seeking an experienced and motivated outside sales representative to join our team and help expand our client base across the country. As a commission-only role, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by securing new business and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the independent hunting, fishing, camping, police, military stores and related industries
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of G-Tech Apparel products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop customized sales proposals and quotes
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Track and report on sales activities and results using our CRM system
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, ideally in the hunting, fishing, camping, police, military, or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work remotely
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
