Position Overview:

Hibear is growing and is seeking experienced independent sales representatives in the Outdoor channels. This role will primarily focus on prospecting and expanding brand presence throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales within the Outdoor industry and a proven track record of increasing sales, fostering relationships, and enhancing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or surpass revenue targets in the designated territory.

  • Identify and capture prospects that align with the brand strategy, demonstrating a drive for success.

  • Employ a partnership-driven approach, including on-site visits with dealers and outbound communication, with a focus on increasing sales while effectively communicating Hibear initiatives and programs.

  • Support territory trade shows and Hibear events

  • Facilitate product training and clinics.

  • Provide monthly feedback and updates to the Head of Sales on territory progress including: sales, prospects, dealer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for the outdoors and experience in the outdoor industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, acquiring new accounts, and growing sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with dealers in the designated territory.

  • Great knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices for expanding territory coverage and increasing dealer sales.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
