Our team is comprised of driven, experienced, professional, customer-oriented sales representatives that focus on building and maintaining strong business partnerships with our buyers and manufacturers, while proudly representing some of the leading manufacturers in the Shooting Sports and Outdoor Industry.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Territory Sales Manager will service a territory consisting of independent dealers, chain stores and distributers in the outdoor industry, building partnerships and driving sales through marketing, product presentation, product training and excellent customer service and communication.

LOCATION/TERRITORY

Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In person store/office visits to develop new and existing business partnerships and drive sales with independent dealers, chain store, and distributor buyers and staff within the assigned territory.  
  • Planning, attending, and supporting customers with dealer, distributor, and chain store promos, including some weekends. Identify potential new dealers, presenting products and programs to those dealers. 
  • Communicate regularly with HFA Management and our manufacturers to determine the necessary sales plans and goals, to meet sales objectives.
  • Overnight travel required for some store visits, trade shows and manufacturer sales meetings. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Google Meet.  B2B experience preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Positive, Professional Attitude Required. 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Sales Experience and Presentation Skills.
  • Training Experience. 

COMPENSATION

  • Commission
