Company Description
The BackCountry is the largest year-round bike shop in thr Tahoe-Truckee-Reno area. We sell and service every category of bicycle and sell 1000/year. We sell a lot of hog end mountain bikes and have 10 employees on staff daily.
We sell Yeti, Pivot, Kona, Transition, Scott, Mondraker, and Cleary bikes.
We are also a specialty retailer for backcountry skiing, rock climbing and backpacking. We started in 1994!
We buy lunch every day and have cute dogs everywhere.
We offer a flexible schedule and are located right in the middle of a huge trail network.
We need help in other areas too like our website, e-commerce, retail and ski tuning. Work year round or just come visit beautiful Lakr Tahoe for the summer and build bikes!
